水垫联合浴巾在骨科下肢牵引患者压疮预防中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究在骨科下肢牵引患者预防压疮护理中应用水垫联合浴巾的效果。方法:随机选取遂川县人民医院2020年4月—2021年6月间收治的骨科下肢牵引患者60例,分为两组,对照组给予常规牵引护理,观察组联合应用水波垫以及纯棉浴巾预防压疮,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组压疮发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组,生活质量量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科下肢牵引患者预防压疮护理中联合应用水垫和浴巾可显著降低压疮发生率,预防压疮的产生,结合临床护理干预,改善患者住院期间的情绪状态和生活质量,让患者满意度得到提高,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the effect of applying water pads combined with bath towels in the nursing of patients with orthopedic lower limb traction to prevent pressure sores.Methods:A random sample of 60 patients with lower limb traction in the hospital were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine traction care,and the observation group was treated with water wave pads and cotton bath towels to prevent pressure ulcers.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcers in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of water pads and bath towels in the care of patients with orthopedic lower limb traction to prevent pressure ulcers can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and prevent pressure ulcers.Combined with clinical nursing interventions,the emotional state and quality of life of patients during hospitalization can be improved,and patients Satisfaction is improved,and promotion in clinical nursing has a positive impact.
