耳穴压豆联合化痰通脉方外敷治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨耳穴压豆联合化痰通脉方外敷治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效和护理。方法:选择湛江市第一中医医院2019年7月—2020年6月间收治的120例痰阻心脉型、痰瘀互结型冠心病心绞痛患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各60例。对照组采取西医常规治疗和护理,治疗组在此基础上采取耳穴压豆与化痰通脉方外敷干预。比较两组心电图疗效、心理状态及患者满意度。结果:治疗组干预后心电图疗效、患者满意度较对照组高,抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合化痰通脉方外敷干预能够增强冠心病心绞痛治疗效果,配合护理干预能够更有效的改善心理状态,保障治疗效果,提升患者满意度。Objective:To explore the curative effect and nursing of ear acupoint pressing combined with external application of Huatan Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris of phlegm obstructing the heart pulse type and phlegm and blood stasis type admitted to the hospital were selected from July 2019 to June 2020.They were divided into two groups with random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group took conventional western medicine treatment and nursing,and the treatment group took auricular acupoint pressing beans and external application of Huatan Tongmai Decoction on this basis.The efficacy,mental state and patient satisfaction of the two groups of electrocardiogram were compared.Results:After intervention,the treatment group had higher ECG efficacy and patient satisfaction than the control group.The scores of the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point pressing combined with external application of Huatan Tongmai Recipe can enhance the treatment effect of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.With nursing intervention,it can more effectively improve the mental state,ensure the treatment effect,and improve patient satisfaction.
