摘　　要：目的:探讨5A护理模式联合结构化健康教育对子宫颈癌患者的临床应用价值。方法:选取2018年10月―2019年12月于河南科技大学第一附属医院住院接受手术治疗的108例子宫颈癌患者,随机分为常规组(n=54)和干预组(n=54)。常规组进行常规护理及结构化健康教育,干预组在常规组基础上实施5A护理模式联合结构化健康教育。比较两组自我管理效能、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:护理后干预组自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于常规组(P<0.05);护理后干预组简明健康生活状况量表(SF-36)评分高于常规组(P<0.05);干预组护理满意度优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:5A护理模式联合结构化健康教育可有效提高子宫颈癌患者自我管理效能及生活质量,患者对其满意度更高,推荐使用。Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of 5 A nursing model combined with structured health educa-tion for patients with cervical cancer.Methods:108 patients with cervical cancer who were hospitalized in the hospital for surgicaltreatmen from October 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled and divided into conventional group(n=54)and intervention group(n=54).The routine group received routine nursing and structured health education,while the intervention group received conventionalgroup combined with 5 A nursing and structured health education.The self-efficacy,quality of life and nursing satisfaction werecompared between the two groups.Results:General Self-Efficacy Scale score was higher in the intervention group than in the rou-tine group after intervention(P<0.05).Scores of Short Form 36 Health survey Questionnaire(SF-36)was higher in the interven-tion group than in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree was higher in the intervention group than in the rou-tine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:5 A nursing model combined with structured health education can effectively improve the self-management efficiency and quality of life of cervical cancer patients,with high satisfaction degree,which is worthy of recommenda-tion.
