摘  要:目前广泛应用的氮氧化物处理技术有选择性催化还原法(Selective Catalvtic Reduction,SCR)和选择性非催化还原法(Selective Non-catalytic Reductior,SNCR),本文介绍了承德热力集团有限责任公司某集中供热热水锅炉房4台燃煤热水锅炉(2台58MW和2台64MW)SNCR+SCR联合脱硝系统烟气NOx超低排放改造工程项目。SNCR+SCR脱硝系统在运行过程中出现的还原剂尿素消耗量大、除尘灰氨味大、水冷壁腐蚀、省煤器污堵、除尘灰含碳量高、NOx排放数据超标等问题,通过更改尿素喷枪位置,优化锅炉联合运行方案等技术措施,上述问题得到了很大改善,能够达到环保部门要求的NOx超低排放要求并长期稳定运行,可为类似的燃煤热水锅炉脱硝系统环保改造提供参考。At present,Selective Catalvtic Reduction(SCR)and Selective non-catalytic Reductior(SNCR)are widely used in nitrogen oxides treatment.This paper introduces the flue gas NOx ultralow emission renovation project of SNCR+SCR combined denitration system for 4 coal-fired hot water boilers(258 MW and 264 MW)in a central heating hot water boiler room of Chengde Heat Group Co.,Ltd.SNCR+SCR denitration system in the operation process of the reducing agent urea consumption,dust ash ammonia smell,water wall corrosion,economizer pollution blocking,dust ash carbon content is high,NOx emission data exceed the standard and other problems,by changing the location of urea spray gun,optimization of boiler joint operation scheme and other technical measures have been greatly improved.It can meet the requirements of the environmental protection department for ultra-low emission of NOx and long-term stable operation,which provides reference for the environmental protection transformation of denitration system of similar coal-fired hot water boilers.
