摘　　要：有害生物综合防治(IPM)作为预防性保护手段正逐渐为愈来愈多的图书馆所接受、采纳和应用,其中内务管理是IPM政策与程序中最基础也最容易落地实现的环节。文章以上海图书馆为例结合海外文博机构的IPM实施经验,从内务管理中清洁、食品管理、植物管理三个方面着手,阐述IPM中内务管理的作用、常用工具及实施方法,为图书馆建立规范化的内务管理程序提供可行方案。Integrated Pest Management(IPM)is gradually accepted and adopted by more and more libraries for preventive conservation.Among the IPM policies and programs,housekeeping management is the most basic and easiest to implement.The paper takes Shanghai Library as an example and studies the experience of overseas cultural institutions to discuss the importance,tools and implementation methods of housekeeping management in IPM from three aspects of housekeeping management:cleaning,food management and plant management.The paper also helps libraries shape up standardized housekeeping plans.
