摘 要:起落架是飞机的重要组成部分,其工作性能是飞机安全性能的重要指标之一,针对起落架实际维修中维修人员经验不足或依赖繁琐的排故手册所导致的操作不规范,维修进度慢等问题,文章基于虚拟仿真平台对起落架维修过程进行仿真研究,首先利用建模软件进行起落架的模型构建并导入虚拟现实仿真平台,其次建立虚拟维修场景,然后进行起落架零件属性设置以实现虚拟维修仿真的交互控制,最后根据虚拟维修仿真的过程进行分析与工效评估。The landing gear is an important part of the aircraft.Its working performance is one of the important indicators of the aircraft safety performance.It is aimed at the lack of experience of the maintenance personnel in the actual maintenance of the landing gear,or the operation is not standardized and the maintenance progress is slow due to the cumbersome troubleshooting manual.In this paper,based on the virtual simulation platform,the landing gear maintenance process is simulated.Firstly,the model of the landing gear is constructed using modeling software and imported into the virtual reality simulation platform.Secondly,the virtual maintenance scene is established,and then the landing gear part attributes are set to achieve interactive control of virtual maintenance simulation,and finally analysis and ergonomics evaluation based on the process of virtual maintenance simulation.
