摘　　要：近些年来,随着经济社会的快速发展,我国物流行业发展迅猛,物流行业的发展不仅便利了人们的生活,而且有利于新的生产关系的形成,同时物流行业的迅猛发展也暴露了诸多问题;因此绿色物流应运而生。文章先从绿色物流的内涵入手,紧接着阐述了发展绿色物流的重要意义,分析了制约绿色物流发展的因素,最后从法治视野下提出发展绿色物流的举措。加强对于绿色物流的研究,对于我国绿色物流的发展具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。In recent years,with the rapid economic and social development,my country's logistics industry has developed rapidly.The development of the logistics industry not only facilitates people's lives,but also facilitates the formation of new production relations.At the same time,the rapid development of the logistics industry has exposed many problems;therefore,green logistics came into being.This article starts with the connotation of green logistics,then expounds the importance of developing green logistics,analyzes the factors restricting the development of green logistics,and finally proposes measures to develop green logistics from the perspective of the rule of law.Strengthening the research on green logistics has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of green logistics in my country.
