摘 要:针对A物流公司仓库功能区布局存在的搬运工作量较大、移动距离较长和作业移动路径交叉等问题,利用SLP方法对仓库功能区进行布置设计,得出调整后的布置方案。调整后的布局方案比调整前的布局方案搬运工作量减少了17%,移动距离减少了36.5%,避免了作业过程中搬运路径交叉问题。In view of the problems of a logistics company's warehouse functional area layout,including heavy handling workload,long moving distance and cross operation moving path,SLP method is used to layout the functional area,and the adjusted layout scheme is obtained.Compared with the original layout scheme,the handling workload of the adjusted layout scheme is reduced by 17%,and the moving distance is reduced by 36.5%,which avoids the cross problem of transportation paths in the operation process.
