摘　　要：目的探索甘油/明胶基水凝胶(GG水凝胶)在创面修复中的应用效果。方法本研究基于明胶优异的生物相容性,通过加入可食用甘油以增强其稳定性及保水性,制备了新型甘油/明胶基水凝胶。检测GG水凝胶的生物相容性,并进一步探索其用于皮肤缺损的修复效果。结果GG水凝胶具有良好的生物相容性。体外试验证实,人皮肤成纤维细胞可以在GG水凝胶中存活并增殖。体内试验结果表明,使用GG水凝胶的皮肤创口未见明显炎症反应,修复效果明显优于对照组。结论GG水凝胶具有优异的生物学性能,在皮肤创面的修复中具有较好的效果。Objective To explore the effect of a new type of glycerol/gelatin hydrogel(GG hydrogel)on the repair of skin defects.Methods In this study,GG hydrogel was prepared by adding edible glycerin to improve the stability and water retention of the gelatin-based on its excellent biocompatibility.GG hydrogel was tested for biocompatibility,and the effect of GG hydrogel on the repair of skin defects in vivo was further explored.Results The result showed that GG hydrogel had good biocompatibility in vitro.Cells could proliferate and survive in GG Hydrogel.In vivo result also confirmed that GG hydrogel had no significant inflammatory reaction in the skin wound and recovered better compared with the control group.Conclusion The new type of GG hydrogel have excellent stability and biological properties,as well as good performance in repairing skin defects.
