摘　　要：目的探讨手术切除联合电子线照射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的效果。方法2016年6月至2020年1月就诊的瘢痕疙瘩患者53例,均接受手术切除联合术后电子线照射治疗(4 Gy/次,1次/d,连续治疗5 d),术后定期随访,观察并分析本组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果53例患者中,治愈46例,显效5例,治疗有效率96.23%(51/53)。1例患者出现创面延期愈合,4例患者出现皮肤红斑,2例患者出现局部色素沉着,不良反应的发生率为13.21%(7/53)。结论手术切除联合电子线照射治疗瘢痕疙瘩临床效果好,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of excision combined with electron beam irradiation in the treatment of keloid.Methods From June 2016 to January 2020,53 patients with keloid received operation combined with electron beam irradiation within 24 hours after operation.Effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed by follow-up.Results Among 53 patients with keloid,46 cases were cured,5 cases got improved and the effective rate was 96.23%(51/53).Delayed wound healing was found in 1 patient,skin erythema in 4 patients,and local pigmentation in 2 patients.The incidence of adverse reactions was 13.21%(7/53).Conclusion Surgical excision combined with electron beam irradiation in the treatment of keloid has good clinical effects,high safety and is worthy of promotion.
