摘　　要：目的探讨应用上睑提肌腱膜后层折叠术矫正先天性轻度上睑下垂的效果。方法2017年5月至2020年5月,应用上睑提肌腱膜后层折叠术矫正轻度上睑下垂患者103例。结果术后随访6~24个月。89例患者重睑形成良好,上睑缘高度在角膜上缘下1 mm处,无睑裂闭合不全;9例术后矫正不足,后经原手术切口切开修复后眼睑位置恢复正常,双眼睑对称;5例术后矫正过度,后经原手术切口切开修复眼睑后位置恢复正常。无睑外翻、倒睫、感染等并发症发生。结论应用上睑提肌腱膜后层折叠治疗先天性轻度上睑下垂,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of levator aponeurosis posterior layer plication in the correction of mild congenital blepharoptosis.Methods From May 2017 to May 2020,103 patients with mild congenital blepharoptosis were treated by levator aponeurosis posterior layer plication.Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months.Double eyelid formation was good in 89 patients,and the upper eyelid margin was 1 mm below the upper corneal margin,without eyelid fissure incompletion.Nine patients were not corrected properly after operation,and the eyelid position returned to normal after incision with double eyelid symmetry.Five cases were overcorrected after operation,and the posterior position of eyelid was restored to normal after incision.No complications such as eyelid ectropion,trichiasis and infection occurred.Conclusion The application of levator aponeurosis posterior layer plication in the treatment of mild congenital blepharoptosis is effective and worthy of clinical application.
