摘　　要：皮肤创面修复有多种方法,但均存在一定的局限性。近年来,有关脂肪干细胞来源外泌体的研究日益增多,大量研究表明脂肪干细胞来源外泌体在皮肤创面修复过程中具有积极的作用。本文对脂肪干细胞来源外泌体在皮肤创面修复中的作用机制研究进行综述,并展望其在皮肤组织再生领域的应用前景。Skin wound repair is a global medical problem,although there are a variety of clinical treatments,there are always some limitations.In recent years,there are more high-quality researches on the exosomes derived from adipose-derived stem cells.A large number of experiments at home and abroad show that the exosomes derived from adipose-derived stem cells play a positive role in the process of skin wound repair.In this paper,the mechanism of exosomes derived from adipose-derived stem cells in various types of skin wound repair was reviewed,and its application in the field of skin tissue regeneration was prospected.
