摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间经皮冠状动脉介入术患者线上精准分层指导的康复效果。方法选取心内科收治的60例行PCI患者,采用随机数字法分为微信精准干预组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规健康教育,微信精准干预组给予线上精准分层康复指导。比较2组出院后6个月的心脏康复指标水平。结果微信精准干预组每周运动时间、体质量指数、血压、血脂、血糖控制达标率、戒烟率、药物正确使用率显著长于或高于对照组(P<0.05),抑郁与焦虑发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),无1例心血管事件致再入院。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间采用线上精准分层指导,显著改善了经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者心脏康复指标水平,避免了心血管事件致再入院。Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effect of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)with precise online stratified guidance during COVID-19 pandemic.Methods Sixty patients with PCI admitted to Department of Cardiology were selected and randomly divided into WeChat precision intervention group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education and the WeChat precision intervention group online precise stratified rehabilitation instruction.Cardiac rehabilitation indexes were compared between the two groups 6 months after discharge.Results Weekly exercise time,body mass index,blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose control rate,smoking cessation rate and correct drug use rate in WeChat precision intervention group were significantly longer or higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of depression and anxiety was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No case of readmission caused by cardiovascular events was found in the precise intervention group.Conclusion During the period of COVID-19 pandemic,online precise stratified guidance is effective for significantly improving cardiac rehabilitation quality indicators of patients after PCI,and avoiding readmission due to cardiovascular events.
