摘　　要：目的构建护理人文关怀示范病区建设标准,为规范护理人文关怀示范病区建设提供参考依据。方法基于文献研究法、头脑风暴法和德尔菲法形成护理人文关怀示范病区建设标准,应用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。结果纳入29名函询专家,2轮函询的积极系数分别为93.10%、100%;权威系数分别为0.850、0.822;专家意见协调程度系数分别为0.174、0.141(均P<0.001)。最终形成的护理人文关怀示范病区建设标准包括一级指标5项、二级指标16项、三级指标90项。结论本研究构建的护理人文关怀示范病区建设标准具有科学性和可靠性,能为完善人文关怀病区管理制度、提升护理服务品质提供参考。Objective To construct the standard for nursing humanistic care demonstration ward.Methods Based on literature review,brainstorming and Delphi method,the standard was constructed and its weight of indicators was determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Results Totally 29 experts were included.The positive coefficient of two rounds of consultationwas 93.10%and 100%,respectively;the authority coefficient0.850 and 0.822,respectively and the coordination coefficient 0.174 and 0.141,respectively(P<0.001).The final constructed standard of nursing humanistic care demonstration ward consisted of 5 first-level,16 second-level indicators and 90 third-level indicators.Conclusion The standard of nursing humanistic care demonstration ward is scientific and reliable,which can provide reference for the improvement of humanistic care ward management system and the quality of nursing care.
