摘  要:目的探讨安全卫生管理模式对医院卫生管理质量及综合评分的影响。方法选择医院2019年5月—2020年6月医务工作者76名,采用随机法分为两组,对照组38名医务人员实施常规卫生管理模式,观察组38名医务人员实施安全卫生管理模式。根据良好、一般、差对比两组医务人员管理质量合格率。根据工作环境、薪资待遇、人际关系及工作制度对比两组医务人员对医院卫生管理制度满意度。根据理论知识、操作技能、沟通能力,对比两组医务人员综合能力。结果观察组医务人员质量总合格率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医务人员对医院各项卫生管理制度满意度高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医务人员各项综合能力评分均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本次研究对医务人员实施安全卫生管理模式,可有效提高医务管理质量合格率及卫生管理制度满意度,提高医务人员个人综合能力。Objective To study the effect of safety and health management mode on the quality of hospital health management and comprehensive score.Methods 76 medical workers from May 2019 to June 2020 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:38 medical staff in the control group implemented routine health management mode,and 38 medical staff in the observation group implemented safety and health management mode.According to the good,the general,the bad contrasted two groups medical personnel management quality qualified rate.According to the working environment,salary,interpersonal relationship and working system,two groups of medical staff were compared the satisfaction of hospital health management system.According to the theoretical knowledge,operating skills,communication ability,compared the two groups of medical staff comprehensive ability.Results The qualified rate of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of comprehensive ability of medical staff in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion This study can effectively improve the qualified rate of medical management quality and satisfaction of health management system, and improve the comprehensive ability of medical personnel.
