摘　　要：目的探究PDCA循环管理在降低手术室麻醉药品差错中的效果。方法以我院在2019年1月实施PDCA循环管理前后的手术室麻醉药品管理情况进行分组。2018年1—12月药品管理为对照组,2019年1月—2020年4月药品管理为研究组。以研究组与对照组的手术室麻醉药品质量管理水平作为本次医学研究数据支撑。结果(1)研究组手术室麻醉药药物在药物分类管理、药物摆放水平、药物存储环境以及管理舒适等情况都好于对照组;(2)研究组手术室麻醉药品库存情况、缺药次数、药品批号不符情况均好于对照组;(3)研究组手术室麻醉药物使用满意度95.92%,对照组满意度71.43%;(4)研究组手术室麻醉药差错率2.04%,对照组14.29%,上述指标情况均是研究组更理想(P<0.05)。结论在手术室麻醉药品管理过程中使用PDCA循环管理,可有效改善手术室麻醉药物管理水平,提升药物使用安全性,规范性,降低麻醉药物差错率,值得在各个科室药物使用管理中推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management in reducing anesthetic errors in the operating room.Methods The anesthetic management in the operating room before and after the PDCA cycle management was implemented in our hospital in January 2019 was divided into groups.Drug management was used as the control group from January to December 2018,and drug management was used as the study group from January 2019 to April 2020.The quality management level of anesthetic drugs in the operating room of the study group and the control group was taken as the data support of this medical study.Results(1)The anesthetic drugs in the operating room of the study group were better than those in the control group in drug classification management,drug placement level,drug storage environment and management comfort.(2)The situation of anesthetic drugs stock,the times of drug shortage and the drug batch number discrepancy in the operating room of the study group were all better than those in the control group.(3)The degree of satisfaction with the use of anesthetic drugs in the operating room was 95.92%in the study group and 71.43%in the control group.(4)The error rate of anesthetic in the operating room of the study group was 2.04%,and that of the control group was 14.29%.The above indicators were all more ideal for the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in the management of narcotic drugs in the operating room can effectively improve the management level of narcotic drugs in the operating room,improve the safety and standardization of drug use,and reduce the error rate of narcotic drugs,which is worthy of promotion and use in the management of drug use in various departments.
