经皮穿刺椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对比对腰椎间盘突出症患者应用经皮穿刺椎间孔镜技术治疗的临床效果。方法选取300例在医院接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者进行研究,均于2017年6月—2019年12月入院,分组方法为随机数字表法,每组患者150例。实行小切口椎板开窗术治疗的患者设为对照组,实行经皮穿刺椎间孔镜技术治疗的患者设为观察组,比对治疗效果情况。结果经治疗后,治疗效果为观察组较高(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率为观察组较低(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者应用经皮穿刺椎间孔镜技术治疗效果可有效改善患者的腰椎功能,术后疼痛感较小,术后并发症发生率较低。Objective To compare the clinical effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic technique in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 300 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital were selected for the study.They were all hospitalized from June 2017 to December 2019.The grouping method was:random number table method,150 cases in each group.The patients treated with small incision laminectomy were set as the control group,and the patients treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic technique were set as the observation group.Compared the treatment effect.Results After treatment,the treatment effect was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic technique in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve the lumbar function of patients with less postoperative pain,lower incidence of postoperative complications.
