摘　　要：目的探讨利拉鲁肽注射液对超重及肥胖的2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)伴微量白蛋白尿患者肾功能指标、脂联素(adiponectin,APN)水平的影响。方法在本院范围内,以2019年3月—2020年3月为时间节点,选取超重及肥胖的T2DM伴微量白蛋白尿患者70例,依据随机数字表法将其分成两组,A组37例采用二甲双胍,B组33例基于此,采用利拉鲁肽注射液,对比分别于治疗前、后,测定两组肾功能指标、血糖及APN水平。结果B组治疗后血清肌酸酐(serum creatinine,SCr)、血尿酸(serum uric acid,SUA)、尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酸酐(urinary microalbumin/urinary creatinine,ACR)、APN水平相比A组,均明显偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗后的空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FPG)相比A组,明显偏低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对超重及肥胖的T2DM伴微量白蛋白尿患者,给予利拉鲁肽注射液治疗,能改善肾功能,上调APN水平,稳定血糖。Objective To investigate the effect of liraglutide injection on renal function indexes and adiponectin(APN)levels in overweight and obese type 2 diabetes(T2DM)patients with microalbuminuria.Methods Within the scope of this hospital,with March 2019 to March 2020 as the time node,70 overweight and obese T2DM patients with microalbuminuria were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,group A 37 cases were treated with metformin.Based on this,33 cases in group B were treated with liraglutide injection.The renal function indexes and APN levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Serum creatinine(SCr),serum uric acid(SUA),urine microalbumin/urine creatinine(ACR),and APN levels in group B after treatment were significantly higher than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose(FPG)of group B after treatment was significantly lower than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For overweight and obese patients with T2DM with microalbuminuria,treatment with liraglutide injection can improve renal function,increase APN levels,and stabilize blood sugar.
