护理干预在营养支持治疗COPD康复患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在营养支持治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病康复患者的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年6月在我院治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者78例,在患者康复过程中均给予营养支持,将患者随机进行分组,常规组38例实施常规护理,研究组40例实施护理干预。比较两组护理前后的营养状况指标、血氧饱和度、肺功能的指标及检测最大吸气压力与呼气压力。结果研究组的营养状态指标要高于常规组,研究组肺功能及呼吸肌肌力指标优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组的SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)要高于常规组,PaCO_(2)低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在营养支持治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病康复患者的应用,有助于更好的改善患者的营养状态、血氧、肺功能及呼吸肌的指标,缓解慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床症状。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease rehabilitation patients with nutritional support.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 78 patients with COPD who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019.Nutritional support was given to all patients during the rehabilitation process,and patients were randomly divided into groups.38 patients in the routine group received routine care,and 40 patients in the study group received nursing intervention.The indexes of nutritional status,blood oxygen saturation,lung function and maximum inspiratory pressure and expiratory pressure were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The nutritional status indexes of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,lung function and respiratory muscle strength indexes of the study group were better than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),SaO_(2) and PaO_(2) of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and PaCO_(2) was lower than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in the treatment of COPD rehabilitation patients with nutritional support,is conducive to better improve the nutritional status of patients,blood oxygen,lung function and respiratory muscle indicators,alleviate the clinical symptoms of COPD.
