四分之一中点相交法在新生儿桡动脉采血中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察四分之一中点相交法在新生儿桡动脉采血中的应用效果。方法将2019年1月—2020年8月在我院住院的120例新生儿通过随机分组法分为对照组和试验组,每组各60例,对照组的新生儿按照第六版护理学基础建议的动脉采血操作流程进行动脉采血,试验组的新生儿在对照组的基础上,对采血方式进行改良,予四分之一中点相交法进行动脉采血,比较两组新生儿的桡动脉动脉采血一次成功率、动脉采血耗时及新生儿局部皮肤血肿、血液采集后的溶血、凝血发生率。结果试验组新生儿的一次动脉采血成功率高于对照组患儿,进行动脉采血的花费时间及局部皮肤出现血肿、血液采集后凝血、溶血的发生率均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论四分之一中点相交法可以提高新生儿动脉采血成功率,缩短动脉采血花费的时间,降低新生儿动脉采血过程中的局部皮肤血肿发生率和减少血液采集后的溶血、凝血发生率,操作简单方便。Objective To observe the effect of one-quarter midpoint intersection method in newborn radial artery blood collection.Methods A total of 120 newborns hospitalized in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and a test group,each group of 60 cases,control group of newborns in accordance with the sixth edition of basic nursing suggestions arterial blood arterial blood operation process,the experimental group of newborns in the control group,on the basis of the improvement in the form of blood to the quarter point intersection method for arterial blood,compared two groups of neonatal radial artery blood sampling a success rate,arterial blood time-consuming and local skin hematoma of newborn babies,the incidence of hemolysis and coagulation after blood collection.Results The success rate of primary arterial blood sampling in neonates in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the time spent on arterial blood sampling,hematoma in local skin,and the incidence of coagulation and hemolysis after blood collection were all lower than those in the control group,P<0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The quarter-point intersection method can improve the success rate of neonatal arterial blood collection,shorten the time of arterial blood collection,reduce the incidence of local skin hematoma in the process of neonatal arterial blood collection and reduce the incidence of hemolysis and coagulation after blood collection.It is simple and convenient to operate.
