CT成像技术在小细胞肺癌患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究CT成像技术运用于小细胞肺癌中的诊断价值。方法选择我院2015年1月—2019年12月纳入的70例小细胞肺癌患者,收集并整理所有患者的齐全资料,并选择CT成像技术进行检查,观察其检查结果。结果经CT成像技术检查发现,检出60例小细胞肺癌,检出率85.71%。经CT成像技术显示中央型有43例,周围型有17例;Ⅰ型有25例,Ⅱ型有20例,其中Ⅱa有11例,Ⅱb有9例,Ⅲ型9例,Ⅳ型6例;27例轻度强化,20例中度强化,13例重度强化。结论CT成像技术运用于小细胞肺癌中具备较高的诊断价值,经检查能够展现疾病的特征性,可为临床后续的治疗及预后评估提供有利依据。Objective To study the diagnosis value of CT(computed tomography)in small cell lung cancer.Methods General data about 70 small cell lung cancer patients treated from January 2015 to December 2019 was collected.CT examination results were observed.Results CT examination results showed 60 small cell lung cancer cases(85.71%),including 43 central type cases and 17 peripheral type cases.There were 25 typeⅠcases,20 typeⅡcases(11Ⅱa cases and 9Ⅱb cases),9 typeⅢcases and 6 type IV cases;27 slight enhancement cases,20 moderate enhancement cases and 13 severe enhancement cases were occurred.Conclusion CT scanning has high diagnosis value for small cell lung cancer,which can clearly display the disease characteristics and provide basis on the subsequent treatment and prognosis evaluation.
