摘　　要：基本医疗服务项目是人民基本生命权益的保障,为人民的日常医疗提供基本的服务。随着国家基本医疗制度的建设,基本医疗服务逐渐向解决看病难、看病贵的方向转变,为人民群众提供了良好的医疗环境。因而,在制度改革方面,医疗服务项目的成本测算显的就尤为重要。基于医疗服务项目成本,制定科学合理的医疗服务价格,是成本测算的根本目的。但当前,在基本医疗服务项目成本测算方面仍存在诸多难点,本文拟就从基本医疗服务项目成本测算的难点入手,并基于现实状况提出合理化的解决方案。Basic medical service items are the guarantee of the people's basic life rights,and provide basic services for the people's daily medical care.With the construction of the national basic medical system,it is gradually shifting to the direction of solving the difficult and expensive medical treatment,and providing a good medical environment for the people.In terms of system reform,the cost estimation of medical service items is particularly important.Based on the cost of medical service items,formulating scientific and reasonable medical service prices is the purpose of cost estimation.However,there are many difficulties in the cost estimation of basic medical service items at present.This article intends to carry out research on the obvious cost estimation difficulties of basic medical services,and put forward reasonable solutions based on the actual situation.
