摘  要:目的探究对膝关节周围骨折创伤患者施行膝关节镜微创技术治疗的效果。方法随机将2018年2月—2020年2月我院68例膝关节周围骨折创伤患者分为对照组(34例,施行常规开放手术治疗)、观察组(34例,施行膝关节镜微创技术治疗)。对比两组手术情况、疼痛评分、治疗总有效率、骨折愈合时间、膝关节功能评分及并发症发生率。结果在手术时间、手术切口长度、术中出血量及骨折愈合时间方面,观察组均较对照组更少(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月疼痛评分较对照组更低,膝关节功能评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);在治疗总有效率方面,观察组(97.06%)较对照组(79.41%)更高(P<0.05);在并发症发生率方面,观察组(5.88%)较对照组(38.24%)更低(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节周围骨折创伤患者施行膝关节镜微创技术不仅有助于减少术后痛感,还可减少并发症,膝关节功能改善效果更佳。Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive knee arthroscopy treatment for patients with fractures around the knee joint.Methods From February 2018 to February 2020,68 patients with fractures around the knee joint in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(34 patients underwent conventional open surgery)and observation group(34 patients underwent knee arthroscopic minimally invasive technique)treatment.The operation status,pain score,total effective rate of treatment,fracture healing time,knee joint function score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of operation time,surgical incision length,intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time,the observation group was less than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had lower pain scores than the control group at 3 months after surgery,and knee function score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);in terms of the total effective rate of treatment,the observation group(97.06%)was higher than the control group(79.41%)(P<0.05);in terms of the incidence of complications,the observation group(5.88%)was lower than the control group(38.24%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive technique of knee arthroscopy for patients with fractures around the knee joint not only helps to reduce postoperative pain,but also reduces complications and improves knee joint function better.
