摘 要:目的探究分析医务人员传染病感染预防控制对策。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月本院工作的医务人员200例作为研究对象,在2019年1—6月实施常规感染预防措施,在2019年7月—2020年1月对所有医务人员实施传染病感染预防干预,对比医务人员干预前后的传染病感染情况、传染病感染预防知识掌握情况、传染病感染预防行为意向及行为情况。结果干预后的医务人员传染病感染率4.00%,显著低于干预前的10.00%,传染病感染预防知识评分不合格率为0,显著低于干预前的5.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),医务人员的传染病感染预防行为意向、行为不合格率分别为2.50%、1.50%,均显著低于干预前的11.50%、11.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);良好行为组医务人员岗位中护士占比高于不良行为组,管理人员占比、工作年限小于5年占比低于不良行为组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对医务人员传染病感染预防控制采取对策先显著改善其行为意识及行为,从而有效降低感染的发生率。Objective To explore and analyze the countermeasures of infectious disease infection prevention and control for medical staff.Methods A total of 200 medical staff working in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Routine infection prevention measures were implemented from January to June 2019,and infectious disease prevention interventions were implemented for all medical staff from July 2019 to January 2020.The situation of infectious disease infection,knowledge of infectious disease prevention,behavioral intention and behavior of infectiousdisease prevention of medical staff before and after intervention were compared. Results The infection rate of infectious diseases among medical staff after intervention was 4.00%, which was significantly lower than that before intervention (10.00%);the unqualified rate of knowledge score of infectious diseases prevention was 0, which was significantly lower than that before intervention (5.00%), the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The behavior intention and behavior failure rate of medical staff in infectious disease prevention were 2.50% and 1.50%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those before intervention (11.50% and 11.00%), the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The proportion of nurses in the good behavior group was higher than that in the bad behavior group, the proportion of managers and the proportion of working years less than 5 years were lower than that in the bad behavior group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of infection, we should take measures to improve the consciousness and behavior of medical staff.
