优质护理在肝硬化合并腹水患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在肝硬化合并腹水患者中的应用效果。方法本研究选取2018年1月—2019年12月我院收治的50例肝硬化合并腹水患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组(25例)和优质护理组(25例);常规组采用常规护理,优质护理组在于常规护理配合优质护理,对比两组护理效果。结果经护理两组腹围、腹水量、生活质量指标均得到显著改善,且护理后优质护理组各指标均显著优于常规组(P<0.05);优质护理组护理质量和护理满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理用于肝硬化合并腹水患者中对药物治疗有增效效果,同时还可显著提升患者生活质量,值得临床借鉴推广。Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with ascites.Methods Fifty patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with ascites treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into routine group(n=25)and high quality nursing group(n=25).The high quality nursing group was treated with routine nursing combined with high quality nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the indexes of abdominal circumference,ascites and quality of life in the two groups were significantly improved,and all the indexes in the high quality nursing group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in the high quality nursing group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing care in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with ascites has a synergistic effect on drug treatment,but also can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
