摘　　要：目的探究护理干预引导局麻手术患者进行心理自我疏导的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月180例局麻手术患者进行研究,随机抽取90例为对照组,进行常规心理护理;另90例为参考组,采取护理干预引导患者进行心理自我疏导,观察患者术前焦虑情况。结果干预后,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分均有所下降,且参考组评分低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对局麻手术患者进行系统的护理干预引导患者进行心理自我疏导,能够有效缓解术前焦虑情绪,促进患者的身心健康。Objective To explore the application effects of nursing intervention-guided psychological instructions prior to local anesthesia surgery.Methods A total of 180 patients of undergoing local anesthesia in December 2019 were selected for the study,and 90 patients were randomly selected as the control group for routine psychological care;the other 90 patients were selected as the reference group,and the nursing intervention-guided psychological instructions were received.Preoperative anxiety emotions of the patients were observed.Results After intervention,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of the two groups decreased,and the scores of the reference group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The systematic nursing intervention-guided psychological instructions can relieve the preoperative anxiety emotions and promote the physical and psychological health.
