摘　　要：目的分析综合护理干预在预防椎管内分娩镇痛产妇产后尿潴留的应用效果。方法选取本院92例椎管内分娩镇痛产妇开展本次研究,时间2020年1—12月,随机分为对照组46例和研究组46例,分别实施常规护理和综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组的产后首次排尿时间、住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05);产后1 d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的产时导尿发生率和产后留置尿管发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的产后尿潴留发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予椎管内分娩镇痛产妇实施综合护理干预能够有效提升干预效果,减轻疼痛,促进排尿进程,降低产后尿潴留发生率,促进产妇产后恢复,缩短住院时间,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in preventing postpartum urinary retention with intra-vertebral canal delivery analgesia.Methods 92 patients with analgesia in spinal canal delivery in our hospital were selected to carry out this study.From January to December 2020,they were randomly divided into the control group(46 cases)and the study group(46 cases).Conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention were implemented respectively,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The first postpartum urination time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)score on postpartum day 1 was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);The incidence of intrapartum catheterization and postpartum indwelling catheterization in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum urinary retention and bleeding in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the intervention effect,relieve pain,promote the process of urination,reduce the incidence of complications such as postpartum urinary retention,promote postpartum recovery and shorten the length of hospital stay,which has the value of promotion.
