摘 要:热处理专用有限元求解器是实现热处理工艺模拟计算的核心技术,国外商业软件公司长期占据领先地位。介绍了自主开发热处理专用有限元求解器MetalX的基本物理场数学模型、功能特点及其算法流程。应用该求解器进行了18CrNiMo7-6钢试样的渗碳过程模拟计算,并与主流商业有限元软件MSC.Marc的模拟结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:该求解器能够实现热-相变-扩散-结构四场耦合非线性分析,并能实现加热、渗碳、淬火全过程中零件温度、组织、碳浓度分布、变形与残余应力的预测,具有与主流商业有限元软件相近的计算精度。A dedicated finite element solver is the core technology for realizing simulation and computation for heat treatment process.Though foreign commercial software companies have been taking the lead in this area for a long time,a dedicated finite element solver MetalX for heat treatment is independently developed. After introducing its fundamental mathematical models for physical fields,features and calculation process,the MetalX solver was applied to simulate the carburization process of 18 CrNiMo7-6 steel and its result was compared with the result of a mainstream commercial finite element software MSC. Marc. The results indicate that the MetalX solver can realize fourfield coupled non-linear analysis of thermo-phase transformation-diffusion-structure,and is used to predict temperature,microstructure,carbon concentration,deformation and residual stress of the component during the whole process of heating,carburization and quenching,with similar calculation accuracy of the mainstream commercial finite element software.
