摘 要:目的:探讨疫情下大学生逆境商数水平与职业生涯适应能力的关系,以及未来工作自我清晰度中介及领悟社会支持调节作用。方法:采用生涯适应力量表、逆境商数量表、未来工作自我清晰度量表、领悟社会支持量表对贵州省高校653名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)领悟社会支持与未来工作自我清晰度(r=-0.609,P<0.01)、逆境商数(r=-0.613,P<0.01)、生涯适应力(r=-0.738,P<0.01)显著负相关;未来工作自我清晰度(r=0.755,P<0.01)、逆境商数(r=0.722,P<0.01)与生涯适应力呈显著正相关;未来工作自我清晰度(r=0.647,P<0.01)与逆境商数呈显著正相关;(2)未来工作自我清晰度在逆境商数与生涯适应力之间起部分中介作用(部分中介效应占总效应的比例为80.05%)。结论:高校准毕业生的逆境商数不仅可以直接影响生涯适应力,还可以通过未来工作自我清晰度的中介作用对生涯适应力产生间接影响。并且逆境商数对生涯适应力的正向影响可以通过领悟社会支持进行调节。Objective:To explore the relationship between college students’ adversity quotient level and career adaptability, and the mediating effect of future job self-definition and the moderating effect of perceived social support.Methods:A total of 653 college students in Guizhou province were investigated by using career resilience scale, adversity quotient scale, future work self-definition scale and perceived social support scale.Results:(1) Advertise quotient was significantly positively correlated with future work self-definition(r=0.647,P<0.01),perceived social support(r=0.613,P<0.01),and career adaptability(r=0.722,P<0.01).Future work self-definition(r=0.755,P<0.01)and perceived social support(r=0.738,P<0.01)were significantly positively correlated with career adaptability.Future work self-definition(r=0.609,P<0.01)was significantly positively correlated with perceived social support.(2)Future work self-definition played a partial mediating role in the relationship between adversity quotient and career adaptability(the proportion of partial mediating effect to the total effect was 80.05%).Conclusion:Adversity quotient of prospective college graduates can not only directly affect career resilience, but also indirectly affect career resilience through the mediating role of future job self-definition.And the positive effect of adversity quotient on career resilience can be moderated by perceived social support.
