父亲在位对大学生心理健康的影响:成人依恋的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨父亲在位对大学生心理健康的影响及其心理机制。方法:采用父亲在位量表、成人依恋量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对湖南某高校1822名在校大学生进行调查。结果:(1)大学生心理健康与依恋安全、父亲在位中与家庭代际关系、与父亲关系显著负相关(r=-0.457,-0.276,-0.306;P<0.01),与依恋焦虑、父亲在位中父亲影响显著正相关(r=0.550,0.063;P<0.01);依恋焦虑与父亲在位中与父亲关系、家庭代际关系显著正相关(r=0.331,0.316;P<0.01),依恋焦虑与父亲在位中与父亲关系、家庭代际关系显著负相关(r=-0.239,-0.245;P<0.01),与父亲影响显著正相关(r=0.114,P<0.01);(2)父亲在位对大学生心理健康具有直接负向预测作用(β=-0.22,P<0.001),且成人依恋在父亲在位与大学生心理健康之间起中介作用。结论:父亲在位不仅能直接影响大学生的心理健康水平,也能通过成人依恋间接影响大学生的心理健康水平。Objective:To explore the effect of father presence on college students’ mental health and its psychological mechanism.Methods:A total of 1822 college students in Hunan were investigated by using the Chinese revision of Father Presence Questionnaire(FPQ-R),Adult Attachment Scale(AAS)and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Results:(1)Mental health of college students was negatively with attachment security, family intergenerational relationship and father relationship(r=-0.457,-0.276,-0.306;P<0.01),positively related to attachment anxiety and father influence(r=0.550,0.063;P<0.01).Attachment anxiety was positively related to father and family intergenerational relationship(r=0.331,0.316;P<0.01),and negatively with father-relationship(r=-0.239,-0.245;P<0.01),and father influence(r=0.114,P<0.01).(2)Father presence can predicted mental health directly among college student(β=-0.22,P<0.001),and adult attachment played a mediating role between father’s presence and college students’ mental health.Conclusion:The father presence can not only directly affect the mental health level of college students, but also indirectly affect the mental health level of college students through adult attachment.
