摘  要:为了实现罗河铁矿全尾砂的高效、低成本、环保絮凝沉降,进行了全尾砂静态絮凝沉降、动态絮凝沉降特性研究,确定了合适的絮凝剂、充填料浆浓度、絮凝剂单耗等。认为现场所用絮凝剂较理想、单耗为15 g/t,料浆浓度宜为10%~15%,对应的静态沉降极限浓度为59.83%,动态絮凝沉降4 h对应的动态极限浓度为69.16%,比静态沉降极限浓度提升9.33个百分点。To achieve a high-efficient,low-cost and environmentally-friendly flocculated thickening process in Luohe Iron Mine,a set of settling tests,including batch settling test and dynamic settling tests,were carried out to determine the optimal flocculant type,slurry concentration,and flocculant dosage,etc.Results show that the flocculant being applied in the mine is ideal as the flocculant dosage is 15 g/t and the slurry concentration is 10%~15%.The obtained maximum concentration in the batch settling test is 59.83%.In addition,the maximum concentration in the dynamic settling test is 69.16%,which is 9.33 per⁃centage points higher than that of the batch settling test.
