摘 要:大孤山三选作业区为解决细筛筛上量大、筛分效率低等问题,进行了伟景高频振动细筛代替原电磁振动振网筛的改造。结果表明,伟景高频振动细筛在给矿浓度40%~45%、给矿量15~20 t/h、给矿粒度-0.074 mm 87.72%、振幅28 Hz的情况下,筛机全周期技术指标稳定,筛下-0.074 mm 98.33%、筛分效率43.72%,主要技术指标全部达到生产工艺技术要求。伟景高频振动细筛具有广泛的推广应用价值。In order to solve the problems of large amount fine screen and low screening efficiency in Dagushan Third operation area,the high frequency vibration fine screen of Weijing was transformed to re⁃place the original electromagnetic vibration screen.The results show that Weijing high frequency vibration fine screen has stable technical indexes in the whole cycle,under the conditions of ore feeding concentra⁃tion 40%to 45%,ore feeding amount 15 t/h to 20 t/h,ore feeding particle size-0.074 mm 87.72%,and am⁃plitude 28 Hz,can get-0.074 mm 98.33%and screen efficiency 43.72%.The main technical indexes all meet the production process technical requirements.Weijing high frequency vibration fine screen has a wide range of application value.
