摘 要:为探索巷道爆破有毒有害气体及粉尘的扩散规律,基于气固两相流理论,采用FLUNET仿真软件离散颗粒模型与多组分输运模型相结合,研究掘进巷道内爆破粉尘及有毒有害气体的扩散规律及变量场分布特征,包含温度场、速度场、有毒有害气体浓度及粉尘浓度的时变规律。结果表明:巷道爆破后有毒有害气体主要集中在巷道顶部,同时在巷道某个中间位置达到极值。大粒径的粉尘很难被气流或涡流带至远处,大部分细微粉尘在爆破后2~6 s内都位于坑道0~40 m处的上部区域。In order to explore the diffusion law of toxic and harmful gases and dust in roadway blast⁃ing,based on the gas-solid two-phase flow theory,the discrete particle model of FLUNET simulation soft⁃ware and the multi-component transport model are combined to study the diffusion law and variable field distribution characteristics of blasting dust and toxic and harmful gases in tunneling roadway,including the time-varying law of temperature field,velocity field,toxic and harmful gas concentration and dust concen⁃tration.The results show that the toxic and harmful gases are mainly concentrated at the top of the roadway after blasting,and reach the extreme value at a middle position of the roadway.Large particle size dust is difficult to be carried away by airflow or eddy current,and most of the fine dust is located in the upper area of 0~40 m in the tunnel within 2~6 s after blasting.
