摘 要:为改善三山岛金矿深部高温热害作业环境,保障作业人员职业健康,研究矿井制冷降温技术,开发井下制冷降温装备。根据空气焓值变化计算得出井下空气温度由35~40℃降低至28℃时,所需最小冷负荷为699.84 kW;利用井下低温涌水地质特点及热交换原理,设计基于空气冷却及水冷却原理的2套换热系统;根据用风地点分布,设计长距离送风风筒加移动空气器的送风方式;考虑到卤水中盐离子对设备的腐蚀,系统选用耐腐蚀材料设计。深部制冷降温措施实施后,三山岛金矿深部掘进作业面送风量为15 m^(3)/s,送风温度为24℃,作业面温度由32℃降低至26~27℃,满足规范要求,为其他深井热害治理提供参考。In order to improve the deep high temperature and thermal hazard operation environment of Sanshandao Gold Mine,and ensure the occupational health of the operators,the mine refrigeration and temperature reduction technology has been researched,and the underground refrigeration and temperature reduction equipment has been developed.According to the calculation of the air enthalpy change,the mini⁃mum cooling load required when the downhole air temperature is reduced from 35~40℃to 28℃is 699.84 kW.Using the geological characteristics of underground low-temperature water inrush and the principle of heat exchange,two sets of heat exchange systems based on the principles of air cooling and water cooling are designed.According to the distribution of air demand location,the air supply mode of the combination of long distance air supply duct and moving air device is designed.Taking into account the corrosion of salt ions in the brine to the equipment,the system is designed with corrosion-resistant materials.After the im⁃plementation of deep refrigeration and cooling measures,the air supply volume of deep excavation face in Sanshandao Gold Mine is 15 m^(3)/s,the air supply temperature is 24℃,and the temperature of the working face is reduced from 32℃to 26~27℃,which meets the requirements of the specification and provides ref⁃erence for the control of thermal hazards in other deep wells.
