伤科灵治疗急慢性软组织损伤的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨伤科灵喷雾剂在骨伤引起的急慢性软组织损伤的治疗疗效及安全性。方法将140例骨伤引起的急慢性软组织损伤患者随机分成两组,观察组(n=70)和对照组(n=70)分别采用伤科灵喷雾剂和正骨水进行治疗。观察两组患者总体治疗有效率、不适症状和体征的缓解情况。分析两组药物产生的不良反应。结果观察组患者总有效率为98.6%,而对照组总有效率为90.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前疼痛、肿胀、压痛、肌肉痉挛及皮肤灼热症候评分方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛、肿胀、压痛、肌肉痉挛及皮肤灼热症候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论伤科灵喷雾剂在骨伤引起的急慢性软组织损伤有效且安全,可明显降低疼痛、肿胀、压痛、肌肉痉挛及皮肤灼热症候评分。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Shangkeling Spray in the treatment of acute and chronic soft tissue injury.Methods 140 patients with acute and chronic soft tissue injury caused by bone injury were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Zhenggushui,and the observation group was treated with Shangkeling Spray.The overall effective rate,relief of symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed.The adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.6%,while that of the control group was 90.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain,swelling,tenderness,muscle spasm and skin burning symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain,swelling,tenderness,muscle spasm and skin burning in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Department of Shangkeling Spray is effective and safe in treating acute and chronic soft tissue injuries caused by bone injury.It can significantly reduce pain,swelling,tenderness,muscle spasms and skin burning syndrome.
