摘　　要：目的了解互联网医院在筛查新型冠状病毒肺炎中的作用。方法从2020年1月26日~2020年3月17日,深圳市龙岗区人民医院开展互联网发热门诊及心理门诊,共接到咨询698次。我们对咨询的主要内容及对咨询患者的初步预检分诊情况进行归纳、整理、分析。结果咨询人次的高峰段集中在1月26日~2月17日,23 d共接诊578人次,平均25.18人次/天,2月2日咨询患者最多,达56人次。咨询的常见症状为发热及咳嗽,其次为鼻塞、流涕和咽痛。最后共有9例患者被指引至医院就诊,占咨询人数的1.31%,其余患者给予居家隔离及线上医嘱处理,无确诊患者。结论2020年“新型冠状病毒”互联网医院发热门诊及心理门诊咨询服务的开展,提供线上问诊、科普解读,并为患者提供心理疏导服务,可及时筛查新型冠状肺炎疑似患者,切断传播途径,为患者提供就医指导服务,同时极大地缓解了医院接诊压力。Objective To understand the role of internet hospital in screening for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods From January 26,2020 to March 17,2020,we conducted an internet fever spot clinic and psychological clinic in the People's Hospital of Longgang District,Shenzhen,and received a total of 698 consultations.The pre-examination and triage are summarized,sorted,and analyzed.Results The peak period of consultations was concentrated from January 26 to February 17,with a total of 578 consultations in 23 days and an average of 25.18 person-times/day.The most consultation was on February 2,reaching 56 person-times.The common symptoms of the consultation were fever and cough,followed by nasal congestion,runny nose,and sore throat.In the end,a total of 9 patients were guided to the hospital for a consultation,accounting for 1.31%of the consultations.The remaining patients were treated with home isolation and online medical advice.There were no confirmed patients.Conclusion The development of fever clinic and psychological outpatient consultation services in internet hospital provided online consultation,popular science interpretation,and psychological counseling services for patients,which could promptly screen suspected COVID-19 patients,cut off the transmission route,provide patients with medical guidance services,while greatly relieve the pressure of hospital admissions.
