摘  要:为优化乳化沥青冷再生混合料配合比及养生条件,依托川九路改建工程,对初定的配合比和养生方法,通过车辙、低温弯曲、飞散与冻融劈裂试验,分析高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及抗水损性能随乳化沥青用量变化的规律,从而验证最佳乳化沥青用量为3.5%。针对RAP掺量、水泥掺量、养生时间及养生温度,通过正交试验极差分析法,得到乳化沥青冷再生混合料路用性能的影响因素主次顺序和最佳组合;通过正交试验方差分析法,得到各因素的影响显著性;综合各项路用性能的最佳组合,比选出最佳水泥掺量为3.0%,最佳养生温度为60℃,最佳RAP掺量为88%,最佳养生时间为48h。In order to optimize the mix ratio and curing conditions of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture,relying on the reconstruction project of Chuanjiu Road,regarding the initial mix ratio and curing method,the rutting,low-temperature bending,flying and freeze-thaw splitting tests are carried out to analyze the rules of high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water loss resistance along with change on the amount of emulsified asphalt.It is verified that the optimal amount of emulsified asphalt is 3.5%.Regarding the RAP content,cement content,curing time and curing temperature,the primary and secondary order and the best combination of the influencing factors of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture road performance are obtained by the orthogonal test range analysis method,and the significance of the influence of each factor are obtained through the orthogonal test variance analysis method.Based on the best combination of various road performances,it is conclude that the best cement content is 3.0%,the best curing temperature is 60℃,the best RAP content is 88%,and the best curing time is 48h.
