摘 要:黄茅海跨海通道工程高栏港大桥为主跨700m大跨径斜拉桥,需克服强台风、高烈度地震、强海水腐蚀、高船撞力等不利的建设条件。在设计过程中,研究了其在百年风、温度、活载、地震等作用下的受力特点,确定了其合理的结构体系。纵向在塔梁连接处设置动力阻尼加刚性限位装置以控制塔身内力以及塔顶、梁端位移。横桥向在辅助墩、过渡墩处设置摩擦摆减隔震支座,使辅助墩、过渡墩墩身及基础在静、动力荷载作用下内力及位移均较为合理。通过合理的梁段划分、拉索布置及索力调整,不设塔梁连接处竖向支撑,降低了施工难度,提升了桥梁景观及经济性。Being apart of the Huangmaohai sea-crossing link project,the Gaolangang Bridge,with the main span being a 700 m long cable-stayed bridge,needs to overcome the unfavorable construction conditions such as strong typhoon,high intensity earthquake,strong seawater corrosion and high ship collision force.When carrying out design work,the mechanical behaviors under the action of wind,temperature,live load and earthquake with return period of 100 years are studied,and the reasonable structural system is determined.Longitudinal rigid limit-dynamic damping device is installed at the connection of tower and beam to control the internal force of the tower body and the displacement of the tower top and the beam-end.Friction pendulum anti-seismic bearings are arranged at the auxiliary pier and the transition pier.Friction pendulum bearings are set at the top of the auxiliary pier and the transition pier to form the lateral constraint.Bearings are fixed in static condition,sliding in E2 seismic condition.The system makes the internal force and displacement of the auxiliary pier and the transition pier under static and dynamic loads more reasonable.Through reasonable beam section division,cable arrangement and cable force adjustment,there is no vertical support at the junction of tower and beam,which reduces the difficulty of construction and improves the bridge’s landscape and economy.
