摘  要:探讨静电纺聚乙烯醇羊皮水解物复合纳米纤维的制备,并对其进行表征。以聚乙烯醇和羊皮为原料,通过酸解法得到羊皮水解物和聚乙烯醇的混合纺丝原液,通过静电纺丝法制备聚乙烯醇羊皮水解物复合纳米纤维膜和聚乙烯醇纳米纤维膜,并对其结构与性能进行表征分析。结果表明:聚乙烯醇羊皮水解物复合纳米纤维膜的吸水性较高,成纤性较优,热稳定性较高。认为:羊皮水解物可以有效提升复合纳米纤维的性能。Preparation and characterization of electrospinning PVA sheepskin hydrolysate composite nanofiber were discussed.PVA and sheepskin were used as raw materials,the mixed spinning solution of sheepskin hydrolysate and PVA were obtained by acidolysis method.Composite nanofiber membrane of PVA sheepskin hydrolysate and PVA nanofiber membrane were prepared by electrospinning method.The structure and property of the membrane were characterized and analyzed.The results showed that PVA sheepskin hydrolysate composite nanofiber membrane has higher water absorption,better fibrillation and higher thermal stability.It is considered that through sheepskin hydrolysate property of composite nanofiber can be effectively improved.
