摘  要:研究改性聚苯硫醚纤维混和试样的阻燃性能。测试分析了不同比例的改性聚苯硫醚纤维与芳纶1313、腈氯纶、阻燃粘胶、阻燃涤纶混和后的极限氧指数。研究发现:改性聚苯硫醚纤维分别与芳纶1313、阻燃粘胶混和,可以解决改性聚苯硫醚纤维的阴燃现象;与腈氯纶混和,极限氧指数大于27%,但存在阴燃现象;与阻燃涤纶混和,无阴燃现象,但极限氧指数小于27%。认为:改性聚苯硫醚纤维的使用有助于拓展阻燃防护面料的开发领域。Flame retardant property of modified polyphenylene sulfide fiber blended samples were researched.The limiting oxygen index of modified polyphenylene sulfide fiber blended with aramide 1313,modacrylic,flameretardant viscose and flame-retardant polyester in different proportions were tested and analyzed.The results showed that smoldering phenomenon of modified polyphenylene sulfide fiber can be solved by blending with aramid 1313 and flame retardant viscose respectively.Limiting oxygen index was larger than 27%when modified polyphenylene sulfide fiber was blended with modacrylic fiber,but smoldering phenomenon was existed.There was no smoldering phenomenon when modified polyphenylene sulfide fiber blended with flame retardant polyester,but the limiting oxygen index was less than 27%.It is considered that application of modified polyphenylene sulfide fiber is helpful to expand development field of flame retardant protective fabric.
