摘 要:研究碳纳米管纱线在承受复杂的加载过程中,纱线黏弹性力学性能的变化情况。探索了碳纳米管纱线在定伸长循环拉伸、4种应变下的应力松弛和4种应变率对循环拉伸的影响。结果表明:碳纳米管纱线在同样的条件下定伸长循环拉伸,第300次比第150次的塑性变形仅增加了0.05%,塑性变形的增速逐渐变慢;随着应力松弛次数的增加,塑性变形占总应变的比例从第1次的31.3%逐渐减小到第4次的19.9%;4种应变率下循环拉伸过程中,拉伸应力表现出明显的应变率依赖性,而且碳纳米管纱线的模量随着拉伸应变率的增大而增大。认为:碳纳米管纱线在复杂的加载过程中,纱线的模量和形变等随着加载的条件发生改变。Variation of viscoelastic mechanical property of carbon nanotube yarn under complex loading was researched.Effect of cyclic stretching with fixed elongation,stress relaxation under four strains and four strain rates on cyclic stretching of carbon nanotube yarns were researched.The results showed that under the same conditions,plastic deformation of carbon nanotube yarn was increased by 0.05%for the 300 times compared with the 150 times,growth rate of plastic deformation gradually slows down.With the increase of stress relaxation times,proportion of plastic deformation to total strain was decreased from 31.3%in the first time to 19.9%in the fourth time.In the process of cyclic tension at four strain rates,the strain rate dependence of tensile stress was obvious,modulus of carbon nanotube yarn was increased with the increase of tensile strain rate.It is considered that modulus and deformation of carbon nanotube yarn were changed with the loading conditions during the complex loading process.
