摘　　要：探讨在清梳联工序降低成纱棉结的改造措施。分析了清梳联设备的特点。在清棉工序中采用FA100A型多功能气流塔代替TF45A型重物除杂器,增加1台凝棉器,增强了排除短绒、尘杂的能力;将JWF1102型单轴流开棉机的矩形刀片打手改造成V形弹性角钉,解决了落白和除杂效率低的问题;对梳棉机托棉板进行打孔改造,起到清除短绒、棉籽皮和杂质的作用;在梳棉机机前增装盖板清洁螺旋毛刷,对盖板针布进行深度清理,确保了盖板针布的清洁度。认为:结合清梳联系统设备的具体特点,针对性采取技术改造措施,可提高清梳联系统的除杂效果,降低成纱棉结。Modification measures of reducing yarn neps in blowing-carding unit process were discussed.Characteristics of blowing-carding unit were analyzed.In picking process,FA100A multifunctional airflow tower was used to replace TF45A heavy debris remover,condenser was added to enhance ability of removing short fiber and dusty.Rectangular blade beater of JWF1102 single-axis flow opening machine was modified into V-shaped elastic spike,which solved the problem of more noil and lower impurity removal efficiency.Hole punching modification of carding machine cotton support board was done,which could remove short fiber,cottonseed husk and impurity.Flat cleaning spiral brush was installed in front of carding machine to deep clean cover card clothing,which ensured cleanliness of flat card clothing.It is considered that combining specific characteristics of blowing-carding system equipment,targeted technology modification measures are taken which is helpful to improve impurity removal effect of blowing-carding unit and reduce yarn neps.
