摘　　要：为了解决传统FA506型细纱机落纱用工较多、生产效率较低的问题,提出采用集体落纱装置对细纱机进行改造以提高落纱效率的方法。通过增加橡胶垫块整体抬高细纱机、降低细纱龙筋高度的方法,使增加的升降装置能自由抓取纱管并有效减少抓管机构摆动次数;通过重新设计控制系统、更换锭子、优化钢领板运动轨迹等方式,使集体落纱装置更加高效实现落纱。试纺结果表明:集体落纱改造可将落纱时间控制在2.5 min左右,从而有效减少人工并节约成本。认为:集体落纱改造能够大幅提升生产效率,实现减员增效的目的。In order to solve the problem of traditional FA506 spinning frame doffing with more labors and lower production efficiency,a method of adopting collective doffing device to modify spinning frame to improve doffing efficiency was proposed.By adding rubber pads to raise spinning frame and reduce height of spinning spindle rail,which made the added lifting device freely grab ring bobbin and effectively reduce oscillation times of bobbin grabber.By redesigning control system,replacing spindle and optimizing ring rail motion trajectory,which made collective doffing device more efficient to achieve doffing.The results of trial spinning showed that collective doffing modification can control the doffing time to about 2.5 min,thereby effectively labor can be reduced and costs can be saved.It is considered that through collective doffing modification,production efficiency can be improved greatly,the purpose of reducing labor and increasing efficiency can be achieved.
