摘 要:探讨棉亚麻混纺纱上浆工艺。针对棉亚麻混纺纱纤维之间抱合力差,传统工艺上浆后纱线毛羽多、伸长变形小、弹性差的问题,从浆料选择着手,选用成膜性好、黏附力高的主浆料,再复配平滑性好和吸湿性高的浆纱助剂,有效解决了生产中遇到的上述问题。认为:采用JD⁃H高性能浆料、JDM⁃100浆料和高吸湿性的SD丙烯类浆料,可大大改善棉亚麻混纺纱的浆纱性能,从而使织机效率提高到90%以上。Sizing processing of cotton flax blended yarn was discussed.In view of worse cohesive force of cotton and flax in blended yarn,problems of more yarn hairiness,smaller elongation deformation and worse elasticity after sizing by traditional technology,size mixture was selected firstly,size mixture with better film formation and high adhesion was selected as the main size mixture.Sizing auxiliary with better smoothness and higher hygroscopicity was used,which can effectively solve the above problems encountered in production.It is considered that through adopting JD-H high-performance size mixture,JDM-100 size mixture and SD acrylic size mixture with higher hygroscopicity,sizing property of cotton flax blended yarn can be improved greatly,thereby loom efficiency can be reached above 90%.
