现代城市疏密形态的内涵界定及其多维表征

摘　　要：伴随着城市的精明增长与紧凑发展,城市空间呈现出垂直拓展、多中心协同以及超视域增长的复杂特征。同时,受传统城市空间认知手段的局限性,人们对城市形态的有效识别与量化变得愈加困难。为此,提出簇群形态和基质形态的概念,界定了形态疏密度的指标内涵,以识别现代城市疏密相间、立体增长的空间形态特征。文中借助ArcGIS软件,对研究区进行聚集度分析,实现空间疏密形态特征的可视化;并结合相关案例描述、呈现、解释城市空间特征,归纳总结城市形态类型的基本规律。研究发现,现代城市疏密形态呈现规模分级、结构分形和形态相似的基本特性,城市整体形态呈现多维表征模式。最后提出了关于现代城市形态管控的实施路径,以期指导未来城市形态健康有序发展。With the smart growth and compact development of the city, the urban space presents the complex characteristics of vertical expansion, multi center cooperation and super vision growth. At the same time, due to the limitations of traditional urban spatial cognitive means, it becomes more and more difficult for people to effectively identify and quantify the urban form. Therefore, this paper puts forward the concept of cluster form and matrix form, defines the index connotation of form density, in order to identify the spatial form characteristics of modern urban density and three-dimensional growth. With the help of ArcGIS software, this paper analyzes the aggregation degree of the study area, and realizes the visualization of spatial density morphological characteristics;Combined with relevant cases to describe, present and explain the characteristics of urban space, summarize the basic laws of urban form types. It is found that the modern urban density form presents the basic characteristics of scale classification, structure fractal and form similarity, and the overall urban form presents a multidimensional representation mode. Finally, the paper puts forward the implementation path of modern urban form control, in order to guide the healthy and orderly development of urban form in the future.
