摘　　要：历史文化名城名镇名村是我国珍贵的文化遗产,其所构建的城乡文化遗产体系量大面广,数据信息与保护状况十分复杂,通过多元技术手段及时掌握全国名城名镇名村的历史文化资源现状、提升保护与管理水平尤为迫切和必要。基于文献研究、现状研究和需求调研,利用新一代信息化技术,研究并建设全国历史文化名城名镇名村的保护信息系统,旨在推动全国名城镇村的数字化管理、信息化展示及长效保护机制的完善,构建全国名城镇村保护管理信息化"一张图"。Historical and cultural cities, towns and villages are our country′s precious cultural heritages. The urban-rural cultural heritage system constructed by them is large and extensive, and the data informations and protection conditions are very complicated. It is especially urgent and necessary to grasp the current status of historical and cultural resources of historical cities, towns and villages nationwide through multiple technical means. Based on literature research, current situation research and demand research, the article uses a new generation of information technology to study and build a protection information system for historical and cultural cities, towns and villages across the country, aims to promote the perfection of digital management, information display and long-term protection mechanisms in historical and cultural cities, towns and villages, constructs the "One Picture" system of the Informationization of the Protection and Management in historical and cultural cities, towns and villages.
