摘 要:旨在分析血清激素含量与超排效果的相关性。试验采集了60只萨福克供体母羊超排前1 d的外周血,应用双抗体夹心法酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)方法测定促卵泡激素、促黄体激素和抗缪勒管激素,分析其与超排效果(包括黄体数、回收胚胎数、可用胚胎数、可用胚率)的相关性。结果表明,促卵泡激素、促黄体激素和抗缪勒管激素含量的均值分别为(17.91±2.62)U/L、(1.47±0.63)ng/L、(8.13±0.93)ng/mL,与黄体数、回收胚胎数、可用胚胎数均呈正相关关系。3种激素对回收胚胎数的最优回归模型为Y=-50.041+5.732X1+1.030X2-3.110X3。试验为利用血清激素水平预测回收胚胎数提供参考依据,同时为改善超排效果奠定理论基础。The study was aimed to analyze the correlation between the hormone content in serum and superovulation effect. Peripheral blood was collected from 60 Suffolk donor ewes one day before superovulation and then the serum was separated. Then, the double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the content of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH) and anti-mullerian hormone(AMH) in the serum, and their correlation with the effect of superovulation(including the numbers of corpus luteum, of recovered embryos, and of available embryos, and the rate of available embryos). The results showed that the mean values of FSH, LH and AMH were(17.91±2.62)U/L,(1.47±0.63) ng/L and(8.13±0.93)ng/mL, respectively;which were positively correlated with the numbers of corpus luteum, of recovered embryos, and of available embryos. Meanwhile, the optimal regression model of AMH, FSH and LH on the number of recovered embryos was established as Y=-50.041+5.732X1+1.030X2-3.110X3, which provided a reference for predicting the number of recovered embryos using serum hormones, and laid a theoretical foundation for improving the effect of superovulation.
