摘　　要：对于中等活动强度人群热感觉的研究往往容易忽视对在运动期间和运动后生理参数动态响应的细微观察。这种运动状态的变化可能引起人的瞬间热感突变,甚至危害健康。并且对于利用客观生理参数评价热感觉的方法会变的更加复杂。本研究在稳态环境中设置动-静阶跃变化和密度较高的监测点,同时进行生理参数测定和主观问卷调查。结果表明,皮肤温度,心率,热感觉和汗感指数(SFI)在运动停止后均有短暂的过冲现象。在运动初级阶段,各项生理指标处于调整过程,6 min左右会达到一个新的而且相对稳定的状态阶段。客观生理参数之间的线性相关性随着运动强度的提升有所加大,但与静止时相比是降低的。主观感觉与生理参数间的线性相关程度随运动不同阶段有所改变。热感觉与其他主观感觉间回归性良好,但是在热感觉与客观指标的回归关系中,运动中二者回归性较好,运动后较差。The study of the human thermal sensation at medium exercise intensity tends to overlook the subtle observation of the dynamic response to physiological parameters during and after exercise.Such changes in exercise may cause a sudden change in human thermal sensation and even endanger health.And it is more complicated to evaluate the thermal sensation by using objective physiological parameters.In this study,dynamic-static step and high-density monitoring points were set up in experiments in a steady-state environment.Physiological parameters were simultaneously measured,and subjective questionnaire surveys were conducted.The results show that skin temperature(Tsk),heart rate,TSV,and the sweat feeling index had transient overshoots after exercise stopped.In the initial exercise stage,various physiological indicators are in the adjustment process,and a new and relatively stable state phase will be reached in approximately 6 min.The linear correlation between objective physiological parameters increases with the increase of exercise intensity,but is lower than that in the static condition.The linear correlation between subjective feeling and physiological parameters changes during different stages of exercise.The regression between thermal sensations and other subjective sensations is good,but the regression relationship between thermal sensations and objective indicators is better during exercise and worse after exercise.
