摘 要:竹材是我国重要的可再生资源,竹材人造板的开发使竹材在建筑领域的大规模利用成为了可能。但是,当前对竹材人造板的研究与评价仍重点关注在建材本身的物理及环境属性上,尚缺少对其在绿色建筑应用上所具有的更为广泛的环境及社会价值方面的研究。因此,本研究选取4个国内外较为成熟的绿色建筑评价体系作为评价依据,探索竹材人造板在建筑应用不同层级上的绿色价值潜力。研究方法包括:通过条款分析研究,梳理计算竹材人造板可协助获得的潜在得分项及其得分占比;在此基础上通过横向对比,总结提炼竹材人造板的绿色贡献层级及各层级下的绿色价值潜力点;最后逐一分析竹材人造板具有这些绿色价值潜力的原因,及获得不同绿色价值需具备的支撑条件。根据以上方法,本研究将竹材人造板的绿色贡献类别归纳为构件特性、建筑特性及社会效益3个层级;每个层级包含3~4个具体绿色价值潜力点。根据研究可以发现,竹材人造板产品在构件性能相关方面展现出较大的绿色价值潜力。同时,通过建筑全过程协同设计,竹材人造板产品与其它建材构件相互配合,可在建筑特性层上发挥出较大的绿色价值。此外,新型高标准竹材人造板的不断研发与应用为竹材人造板在整个建筑相关产业链中体现示范作用提供了支持,使竹材人造板在社会效益层具有不可忽视的绿色价值潜力。本研究可为绿色建材评价、竹材人造板的研发、设计与应用提供参考。Bamboo is an important renewable resource in China.The development of bamboo-based panels has made it possible to be large-scaled used in the field of construction.However,the current research and evaluation of bamboo-based panels still focus on the physical and environmental properties of building materials.There is a lack of research on the wider environmental and social value of bamboo-based panels in green building applications.Therefore,this research selects four mature green building evaluation systems as the evaluation basis to explore the green value potential of bamboo-based panels in different levels of building application.The research methods include:sorting out and calculating the potential score items and the proportion of the score that can be obtained by bamboo-based panels through the conformance research.On this basis,summarizing the green contribution levels and green value potential points of bamboo-based panels,by analyzing the relevant rules.Finally,analyzing the reasons why bamboo-based panels have these green value potential,as well as the supporting conditions for obtaining different green values.Based on the results,the green contribution categories of bamboo-based panels are classified into three levels:component performance,building performance and social benefits.Each level contains3-4 specific green value potential points.Accordingly,it can be found that bamboo-based panel products have great green value potential in construction performance related aspects.Besides,by using systematic collaborative design during the whole process,bamboo-based panel products show great green value in building performance together with other building components.Moreover,the continuous development and application of new and highstandard bamboo-based panels provide support for the demonstration role of bamboo-based panels in the entire construction-related industry chain,so that bamboo-based panels have a green value potential that cannot be ignored in terms of social benefits.This research can provide r
