摘 要:当光伏直流升压外送系统启动时升压侧和逆变侧均存在过电流问题,同时有源钳位Boost全桥升压变换器(BFBIC)模块开关频率高,使系统损耗严重及工作可靠性降低。针对上述问题,该文提出一种输入并联输出串联(IPOS)型光伏直流升压外送系统,通过分析系统启动过电流原理,提出该系统的软启动控制策略。同时对有源钳位BFBIC开关管提出一种零电压开关(ZVS)型软开关控制策略,并对其约束条件进行理论推导。通过2种控制策略的协调配合,实现了系统的软启动和有源钳位BFBIC的软开关,确保了系统安全稳定运行。最后在Matlab/Simulink中搭建一个1 MW/±30 kV的IPOS型光伏直流升压外送系统模型,仿真验证了所提控制策略的有效性。When the photovoltaic DC boosting delivery system starts,there is an overcurrent problem on both the boost side and the inverter side, and the active clamp BFBIC module has a high switching frequency, which causes serious system loss and reduces operational reliability. Aiming at the above problems, this paper proposed a DC boost external delivery system for IPOS type photovoltaic power station. By analyzing the principle of system startup overcurrent, the soft start control strategy of the system was proposed. At the same time,a ZVS soft-switching control strategy was proposed for the active clamp BFBIC switch, and the constraint conditions were theoretically derived. Through the coordination of the two control strategies,the soft start of the system and the soft switching of the active clamp BFBIC are realized,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system. Finally,a 1 MW/±30 kV IPOS photovoltaic DC boost delivery system model was built in Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the new control strategy.
